So imagine if current manga Kakashi (assuming chakra is back to normal) were to face part 1 Orochimaru.

Who do you think would win and why?

Imo, I would say Kakashi wins mainly due to his sharingan with Kamui.

EDIT: Alright and lets say that Orochimaru knows about Kamui (how many times Kakashi can use it, how it works..etc.)

What makes Orochimaru so formidable is his regenerative abilities - that guy just can't die.
But, Kakashi has a very effective counter to that - Kamui. Orochimaru may not die, but who cares if he's locked in the alternate dimension?
