Kakashi has for sure gotten alot stronger during the war so i think he would win if they fought again.
I think Kakuzu and Hidan might be too much for Kakashi, even though he has shown amazing improvement in the war, it's still a 2v1 situation.
When he fought them before he had Shikamaru, Ino, and Choji there helping him. I know Shikamaru was the only one that actually did anything useful, defeating Hidan on his own and all, but Kakuzu still had to keep his attention on them and not just Kakashi.
Now when you have Kakuzu and Hidan's full attention on you it becomes far too dangerous even for Kakashi. The only way he has any chance is if he can manage to warp away Hidan near the start of the battle, thus allowing him to focus his attention solely on Kakuzu.
It's possible for this to happen because as we all know Hidan is a hot headed idiot. I'm not fully rejecting the possibility of Kakashi winning, just saying in all likely hood he would lose unless he got lucky and managed to take out Hidan.

Hidan may be hot headed but we never seen him make any stupid decisions.
