Restrictions: Amaterasu (for Itachi) and Genjutsu (for both).
Location: Kaguya's Dimension (which is full of lava, etc).
Notes: Kakashi knows everything about Itachi AND can summon his dogs.
Since Kakashi has dozens of Jutsus, he could use a Water Dragon Jutsu to push Itachi's Susano'o to the lava - you tell me.

If you are restricting Kamui (by saying "current" Kakashi), than Itachi takes this without a sweat, even with Amaterasu restricted. He still has Susano'o, and without Kamui for offense / defense, Kakashi stand no chance.

Alright kakashi does have Intel about Itachi. If kakashi uses Kamui successfully it would be an instant win however, Itachi has still his susano with him. But if kakshi comes up with a brilliant strategy he would win or else Itachi wrecks kakashi mid difficulty.
