I think Itachi Stomps, even if Kakashi could pull out Head shot Kamui, Itachi ould burst into crows or use Iznagi(why can't he use it, we have seen Uchiha w/ out senju DNA using it) Itachi still take Kakahi down =D

The only reason Kakashi is able to use MS so much is because of the chakara/healing from the fox. If he has that then it would be a close match. Itachi can still catch him in genjitsu and Kakashi can warp parts of his body off. Depends on skill and I think both would be equal in that regard.

Kakashi improved everything speed, chakra, genjutsu and has knowledge counter about his abiliies.
Not to mention that databook is outdated it misses 1/3 of manga in wich Kakashi highly improved whereas Itachi's level is outdated.

No he doesn't. Op stated "current Kakashi vs Itachi". He didn't say current Itachi, only current Kakashi, therefore this can be an alive version of Itachi against sharinganless Kakashi. W/o sharingan, Kakashi loses. W/ sharingan, he still loses. I'm just leaving it at that.
