Kakashi took it when he had a Sharingan. Though due to the loss of Kamui and Raikiri's utility, Kimmimaro has it.​

jesus christ you realize this is basically the same thing that applies to characterization right? There's direct- when things are outright said and indirect-when things are implied. It's a basic literary element
