Seeing as how Kamui would be seemingly ineffective in this fight (Because Amaterasu was said to be instantaneous, but due to Raikages reflexes + speed, he dodged it. In my opinion, the same could be said about Kamui) Raikage would take this mid diff. Kakashi just doesn't have the reflexes to dodge or keep up with him.

now, now. i agree with the rest but lets talk about this. kakashi cut through bijuu cloaks, so he might be able pierce the armor. plus, if chidori touched raikage, raikiri might be able to do some damage

I'd love to see this fight. Kakashi is smart and a strategist, Raikage is very reckless and should be dead if not for Gaara. It's not impossible for Kakashi to win but it's most likely that A would win.

However a sharingan user is probably one of the only opponents that stand a chance against A. And people never take into consideration how many jutsu kakashi has. Besides Kakashi is pretty fast himself (obviously slower than A), but with his speed and sharingan combined would be able to dodge A's attacks as long he's always on his guard the entire time.

Unfortunately Kakashi doesn't have any wind jutsu to counter Raikage but I guess he could try his luck with Water attacks which could have an effect/slow him down. Plus Kakashi's Raikiri would be able to pierce A's armor.

People will say Raikage would win without even thinking or looking at the possibilities. Thinking about this hard, Raikage would win but not an easy fight at all against a serious Kakashi. A would most probably win but it is possible for Kakashi to come out victorious if he makes no mistakes.
