I think Obito transfered his chakra reserves over to Kakashi along with some of the sages.

Nagato low diff. while I respect kakakshi... He has no defense for chibaku tensei, and yes I realize he can phase through things. For how long? Not to mention all the other bs nagato can do.

kakashi will lose if he uses taijutsu. he'll lose if he uses any ninjutsu attack because nagato will just absorb. kakashi is not the best genjutsu user and i doubt any genjutsu he knows will work on nagato. kakashi will most likely be on the defense for the most part. nagato will outlast him. nagato takes this mid/high diff

I don't see Nagato winning this. His lack of mobility is a big detriment to him in this battle. If Kakashi knows the Deva Path's limit between techniques, he can easily Kamui snipe Nagato. Although Nagato may be able to sense this, he does not have the mobility to dodge. Kaguya was not shown to be able to absorb Kakashi's Kamui Raikiri so I doubt it can be negated by the Preta Path. Nagato's summons get beaten fairly easily with Susano'o, and Asura path weapons are also fairly weak against Susano'o.

Kakashi can go intangible to avoid being hit with the Human Path.

Nagato's most powerful jutsu is CT which Kakashi can counter by simply using Kamui on the black sphere before it gets too big, or destroying it with PS (Sasuke was able to destroy several of Madara's CT with PS).
