I'd say bee, as a full on bijuu dama he'd only be able to dodge 1 / absorb with kamui as it is a mass of charka. And you can fire more than one bijuu dama in bm before you turn back.

kakashi wins i think. kakashi can hold his own with v2 jins so he can hold his own against v2 bee with lightning bunshins, earth walls and raikiri. if bee goes full 8 tails, bijuu dama is countered with kamui. kakashis only chance to take out bee while he is full 8 tails is kamui. kakashi high diff

watch his fight with deva path,he used lightening shadow clone,multiple raikiri,including raikiri hound,goe ST'd like 2-3 times,still managed to kamui a needle from ST and asura path missile. I think he can handle it.

yeah, but there the battlefield was in kakashi's advantage, so he managed to trick deva path with only one lighting clone, still, if to fight in an open area with bee, it would be harder to trick him with that..., therefore making kakashi to use more of his clones... But i gotta agree with u, kakashi has improved a lot since the fight with deidara...
