Kakashi easy because of he is smart not saying asuma is weak or anything as we see in fight kakashi uses it eyes only when he thinks he enemy is too fast or strong. in fact kakashi is better with strategies than with the sharingan i don't even know why he uses it, the power clearly works against him than for him.
