For those who say kakashi wins via kamui...

In order to use kamui he needs to retreat to a safe location and focus it on kakuzu...its not like kakuzu is going to stand still and watch -.-

He did that with Naruto's Rasenshuriken.

Kakashi has a great chance here. We saw that his use of kamui improved a lot. He can use it extremelly fast without heavy after effect. Prime exemples are the way he used it to assist naruto against obito, the way he tried to kamui the juubi, and the way he almost kamui'ed the gedo mazo last chapter.

He doesn't need to get to safety anymore, and he can still fight after he uses it. If kamui doesn't end the battle, it will injure kakuzu considerably.

Besides, current kakashi seems to manage to use his chakra way better. He can fight longer, he can use his sharingan easily, and he can use kage bushin(or raiton bushin I guess) once in the battle and raikiri or other raiton jutsus many times.

I think he has what it takes to beat kakuzu.

With intel on his abilities Kakazu would have died upon the first attack.

Most of that fight was Kakashi protecting Choji and Ino while fighting Hidan and Kakazu all while Shikamaru and Kakashi tried to analyze their abilities.

It was Kakashi as babysittor of team 10 vs Kakuzu and Hidan , not 1vs1.
It's totally a different fight.Kakuzu was the test for naruto's new technique.

1vs1 Kishi made it clear, if Naruto didn't show came that time he'd erase Kakuzu from existence.

Lol if he could beat Kakuzu with Kamui he would have done so earlier......why would he wait and risk everyones lives, they were severely outmatched. Kakashi was gonna save himself from that last attack from Kakuzu with kamui, how would that have affected Kakuzu? That only gets rid of the attack and than after that attack he would be exhausted so he's dead either way he was just gonna delay his death by a couple more minutes. Kakuzu had 4 hearts and 3 running around, Kakashi could not use kamui as it would just lessen the chances of him winning if he used it, cause Kakuzu would still have hearts left but Kakashi would be drained. The last attack would be a last resort to delay his death cause he had no choice. Its pretty simple.

LOL he said he'd have to use Kamui to get out of that jam. Try to use your head, what was Kamui gonna do in that situation other than get rid of the blast that Kakuzu had aimed at him.....the dude was grasping for life, he was trying his best not to use Kamui the whole fight as Kamui meant his deathbed, but in this case he had to use it since he was gonna die either way. He had no choice but to use the Kamui which is useless against Kakuzu. Current Kakashi rapes Kakuzu because he can use Kamui so efficiently, past Kakashi had trouble taking Deidaras head when Deidara was simply flying in a linear pattern, he only managed to take his arm. Kakuzu with 3 hearts left IIRC is not going anywhere with Kamui, and in this situation the Kamui would not have been aimed at Kakuzu use your head, it was aimed at the attack so him and the rest could survive it. Is Kakashi so dumb to you that he coulda finished Kakuzu off earlier but he "chose" not to, risking everyones lives against two akatsuki members......

I think you need to check the manga better... Last chapter showed us that Kakashi's kamui is almost unstopable.
He warped the Gedo Mazo's arm so fast that even a ST jutsu (summoning) couldn't completely escape from it, imagine how fast Kakashi's kamui would be if he tried to warp something a lot smaller than the Gedo Mazo's arm (like a human body).
Also, the "Kakashi can only do that with naruto's chakra" thing is over, Kakashi did it after fighting with Obito, hurt and exhausted, he even had to wait like 20 chapters to come back from the other dimension because he was gathering chakra.
So, current Kakashi can use Kamui almost instantly on big objects without Naruto's chakra, if you put that against smaller object they don'r stand a chance...
