Kakashi can't move right now, his lower body has started to give out due to the MS strain, there was also the off-paneled portion of the gai vs madz fight where Kakashi was shown panting in the aftermath (probably due to more kamui use).

Sharinganless kakashi is still high-jounin low kage level

This is an interesting thread with a lot of well constructed arguments, and it's definitely a subject I think about often. Obviously, the answer to this question is highly subjective, and I don't believe there is a single right answer. Kakashi, in the Verse's Powerscale is fodder. Minus the insane powerhouses and revert to early war arc powerscale and you have yourself a Mid-High lvl Jounin.

His sharingan is the one that puts him in the kage level.
