Raikiri is underrated, there was not a single thing presented in the manga yet (including V2 chakra cloak) that Raikiri cannot cut easily.
Additionally:
1) The fodders were good for nothing, so they shouldn't be accounted for.
2) Choza and Choji arrived JUST BEFORE Kakashi was about to finish Preta with Raikiri.

that was in the past but currently kakashi have the stamina to spam kamui more than he did before.Basically kakashi level up in all aspect of powers

He still has the same amount of chakra he had before kurama replenished his.. Kurama did not give Kakashi more chakra, all he did was a recharge.
