I see what you're saying. But those 'baby bijū' probably had the same amount of chakra as their modern day forms; they were only depicted as small and childlike to show that they had just been created. So even though we've seen bijū shrink when they've lost chakra, I wouldn't apply that logic to this particular situation.

I disagree, the 1st Juubi was complete including ALL of the tailed beast's chakra. This version only has partial 8 and 9 tails, plus Minato sealed half of the 9 tails away so no, it's weaker than the original
