Both Gotenks and Buu did it cause of their power. But one can't learn i.t because of power or speed. Gotenks couldn't do it till he transformed cause he needed the power

Why are you even posting combat speed and reaction speed scans? We all agree that he has MFTL combat and reaction speed. I think that goes for the lowballer Lokid, great scans though, I liked how you payed attention that Goku's punch really made contact with Whis's hair.

"Oh look Goku's punch creates shockwaves so the combat speed is only hypersonic, derp!" Absolutely poor logic. When Superman or even Flash punch, there are shockwaves created. The writer basically wants in to
create an impact for the readers to know that their punches are extremely powerful.

The shockwaves are created after the Punch makes contact to the object, that definitely doesn't imply the punches speed are as fast as the shockwaves.
