.Whis travled from the kaioshin realm to earth in roughly 35 mins as quoted from whis, the kaioshin realm resides outside the physical universe meaning we know whis had to travel the distance to get to earth.

The absolute minimum distance whis had to travel was 24,000 light years, which is the distance earth is from outside the galaxy (whis had to enter the galaxy) well to travel 24,000 light years (2.27×10^20 m) in 35 mins (2100 seconds) whis would need to be teavling at a speed of 1.07×10^17 m/s which is 356 million times the speed of light

And the high ball that whis needed to travel the intire universe to reach earth, the universes radius is 46.6 billion light years across (4.4×10^26 m), in 35 mins whis would need to travel at speed of 2.1×10^23 m/s, which equates to 699 trillion times the speed of light

Now how does whis correlate to goku? You could argue that whis needs a staff to travel. Nebula, beeerus does not and goku according to akiras scale is 40% weaker in all stats. In fact beerus has come close to whis's speed in episode 2 of dragon ball super,

It took beerus 1 min and 20 seconds to reach the planet he arrived when 2 mins and 20 seconds had past, based off this data we know beerus is aproxamently 33.3% slower than whis (80 seconds/60 seconds).

Taking this into account we can say beerus can travel at the low ball of 237 million times the speed of light (356×10^8-33.3%) and the high ball of 466.2 trillion times the speed of light (6.99×10^14-33.3%)

And goku being 40% weaker than beerus, gokus speed would equate to 142 million times the speed of light (low ball) and 279.7 trillion times the speed of light (high ball)

Even if you want to go as low as the nearest nebula from earth (which beerus's temple resides within a nebula)

The nearest nebula to earth, the orion nebula is a distance of 1,344 light years (1.276×10^19 m)
