By war arc feats yes but not if we assume they surpassed all their predecessors like Naruto did, and that's 99% the case, since the story is about the new generation surpassing the old.

@Bold, you say that... yet the manga shows something quite the opposite.

No Hokage surpassed Hashirama (4th databook statement) .. Tobirama wasn't surpassed by anyone but Naruto.

"Peace time" has alot to do with why they haven't been surpassed.
