I don't think Yonko's were there in that era, pirates were just pirates roaming the seas freely...

Yonko are those who have influence and rule over certain area where even Navy refrains from interfering...

Considering that garp has resigned and may be out of shape due to being just an old man now like rayleigh and seeing how old age affects fighters by no small margin than id believe an active yonko should be stronger than current garp so I'd say Big Mom wins extreme diff.

Rayleigh stopped fighting for like 20 years it's only been like 2 years for Garp and I doubt he stopped training lol. Considering he was part of the top 3 during rogers era I'd say he would win

Rayleigh stopped fighting for like 20 years it's only been like 2 years for Garp and I doubt he stopped training lol. Considering he was part of the top 3 during rogers era I'd say he would win

Why would he keep trying if his era as a fighter has already ended? There is a reason why he left the marines for good, the guy wants to spend his last days in peace as a normal old guy, hes way past his prime and is too old to fight a yonko in her prime and is probably as active as ever, rayleigh got tired in a matter of minutes against kizaru while kizaru didnt even felt it, rayleigh was panting showing his side of weakness due to being inactive, 2 or 20 years dont mean much here.
