OT: Naruto is a main character regardless of his opponent's strength he has to be stronger than him in the end, be it Kaguya , Sasuke or anybody he will defeat everyone in the end.

Naruto has always been fast than Sasuke since he got Kurama chakra and we saw it against the 3rd Raikage & 4th Raikage, against Kisame in the shark skin sword and in some of the fillers like Chikara (before the girl's tears dropped he made the save).

However, Kishi chose to forget about his speed because Minato and Tobirama were on the battle field. Sasuke has quick feet yes, but his eye technique is some sort of exchange transportation jutsu; and Kishi hinted the when Sasuke fought Diedera (when he slashed Funny Tobi or Obito; he analysed Sasuke's speed as some kinda of transportation).

Anyway we haven't seen all of Sasuke's powers yet especially with that eye; he only know the core technique, like Madara was using Limbo and Pain was using universal push & pull… And similarly, they all have intervals after their technique.

One thing we have to keep in mind is that Naruto is Yang (physical) and Sasuke is Yin (spiritual) so they have to balance… So I think for now Sasuke might have better analysing eye sight or skills, and genjutsu (we can see what Kaguya is doing with that same eye), while Naruto is faster with sensory skills and stronger physically.

On the whole level Naruto is better and stronger because he has the chakra of the 9 tailed beasts as well. And Btw when he gets angry he shows that he can be stronger than Sasuke who we know is already in his angry state of mind because that's what helps him fight better with intent of killing. Also, how you know who is stronger is when you check out their evil sides: Naruto's evil side will destroy Sasuke's evil side; you can observe this by comparing evil Sasuke and Menma Uzumaki… Sasuke gets killed - Mid-difficulty

Right now, Naruto can SOLO the 5 villages together and come out on top. 5 kages will die against his clones… Even at such speed he doesn't have to waste his clone's time on them loool =D

I'm no Sasuke fan and while I like your analysis I have to disagree with it.

Kaguya escapes Naruto's attack because she uses her eye technique:

Sasuke uses the Same eye technique to try and land the hit and like Kaguya, Sasuke's teleporting dojutsu has a cool down timer:

So while Kaguya is able to dodge the first attack from Sasuke she isn't able to dodge the second one from Naruto. I don't think we've seen a straight up contest in who is faster yet. That said, you make some good points.
