If you really want to know the seal on bourtos hand is very similar or is momos' rinnigan ability.
The ability to absorbe charka and release it back to the opponent stronger. (Honestly its warths ability from sever deadly sins) but bourto seal can prolly neutralize the iron but sucking up the magnet charka surroundings the sand. I mean as we can see bourto seal has a range or a Charka EMP radius . A charka absorbing shield. Bourto isnt sending the charka into another dimension hes just negating it.
