It would be a mid diff fight. Roger, Garp and wb are the highest tier in one piece. Ppl like shiki, dark King and maybe sengoku and Kong are better than akainu. And kaidou and shanks are better as well. Akainu is strong but the best of the best do beat him

We're seriously underestimating Navy's greatest assets i.e. Admirals, Strongest of the OP world maybe ridiculously strong but they aren't by a landslide compared to other beasts of different organizations...

Even while old, sick and half dead, he bested Akainu. There is nothing that suggest Akainu can push him past that level of difficulty especially when you see his overall portrayal
