I think they're more or less even. I'm leaning slighty towards Kakashi's side because he has more firepower and genjutsu isn't everything, specially to beat Kakashi.

I'd say Itachi wins Very high diff.

Without Ms there more or less even in strength, Both have Good Ninjutsu/Taijutsu and Genjutsu skills, Both extremely smart, Both Good with Clones/trickey.

Kakashi is not only good at genjutsu but he also outsmarted Itachi genjutsu.
I believe Kakashi has better strengh, taijutsu and ninjutsu.

Itachi has fast hand seal but Kakashi still keep up as he already proved it in part 1.
About pure speed they're about equal, but current Kakashi seems slighty faster imo.

Their ninjutsu is about even. (Itachi has better clones and is faster with seals, Kakashi has more elemental ninjutsu.)

Im leaning towards kakashi's side because kakashi already outsmarted itachi with a clone, this proves he can do it again and that he is faster in anallysis. Also chidori > any of itachi's elemental jutsus, also genjutsu wouldn't work since kakashi knows how to counter it
