Well the black zetsu itself is pretty weak and im not so sure if he can take the toll of controlling obitos susanoo.

Not that obito is unconscious therefore BZ can control his movements. Chakra and the tech wise, its uncertain. Although, if WZ/Spiral Zetsu is Yamato, then its possible that we get to see obitos susanoo for the first time
