So if Pain can make a Bigger version of this, Nagato's version must be absolutely ginormous if he put some effort into it and Plot no Jutsu was taken out.

CT can be used to either Capture or Kill, depending on Nagato's intention.

Sorry, by Chibaku Tensei I meant Meteor Strike but it's just that it's so similar in appearance and might that I consider them to be same. The difference between Nagato's and Madara's however, is that Madara's is instant and doesn't take long to hit the enemy.

Madara's CT is different. If Sasuke destroys one meteor, he'll get crushed by the next. In fact knowing how intelligent Madara is compared to Sasuke, he won't use CT against Sasuke's Susano but probably other jutsu like Mokuton since Mokuton is a good counter to Amaterasu.
