As for this one,I also like how it looks xD and it was pretty cool in the anime.Also as it is strong to earth and water (and wood I think) it is useful especially for us who don't have all elements because we can replace some basic ones with it.
Basically it allows the user to either manipulate existing crystals or convert solid matter or some liquids into crystal,which includes earth and water techniques and use it in various ways,both offensively and defensively.It can't crystallize energy based elements so it is weak to fire and lightning,sound also.

Crystal is indeed pretty cool, simple to use too. Let's start off, same as with Paper, I'll explain, you analyze and perform. Questions are good too.
Kessho: Rokkaku Shuriken) - Crystal: Hexagonal Shuriken
A technique where the user will form eight crystal snowflakes, which can be used as a projectile. Simple.
(Kessho: Kouseki Senbon) - Crystal: Crystal Needles
A technique where you will just create small thin, sharp crystal needles which resembles senbon. These can be fired towards the opponent with ease.
(Tomegane no Jutsu) - Telescope Technique
A weird technique where you will form a crystal ball, which provides you with an aerial view of the field. However, it needs to be held for it to work. Pretty cool, but weird.

I can't really think of much to analyze here as it is just using chakra to create small objects made out of crystals .-.
So I'll just go with some questions I have.For the first are they created in the hand and thrown like shuriken towards the opponent,or are they like the second technique where you create something in the air and launch towards the opponent?And for the last one,I don't quite understand,what view does it provide,like the whole battlefield from above and then I look into the ball to see it?Or does it like send the information directly to me? o-o

First one is thrown, the other is launched from the air beside you. You look into the ball to see the field. You could try and make a CJ around it to limit that weakness.

A technique where you will cover your hand to your shoulder with crystal, and form a massive lance of crystal which can be used to stab an opponent with it, violently.
(Shoton: Shuriken Ranbu) - Crystal Release: Shuriken Wild Dance
Just launches a large amount of crystal shuriken all around you. Pretty simple.
