Alright, we'll go over all the jutsus together. We are skipping the D-ranks because no one really uses them, and the ones that require special bios.

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, a ninja inhales air, and utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth after blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally.

It's a ball of fire. ~_~ Simple enough. Only short range, if your opponent is in mid or long this jutsu is useless.

Type: Supplementary/Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage Points: 20
Description: The user first throws out a lighter that has an open flame.The user the turns the flame into a wall of fire used for protection or to burn small objects thrown towards him. This jutsu can be used with Hurricane Fist to create a combo jutsu.

No one really uses a lighter for this technique so ignore that part. The jutsu consists of the user simply breathing a wall of fire in front of him. This is a video game jutsu.

(Katon: Hibashiri) - Fire Style: Racing Fire

Description: User utilizes his fire chakra and then creates jets of fire which will race towards his target and surround him or he can generate a rotating ring made of fire which he will launch towards his target. It can be used in combination with a wind jutsu to make the attack more powerful.

(Katon Ninpo: Hibashiri) - Fire Style: Jet Flare

Description: This jutsu will create jets of fire that can be manipulated into several forms such as rings of fire to strike a target. Can also encircle the opponent in fire.

They both have different descriptions and different English names but take a look at the Japanese name. They are the same. These two jutsus are the exact same jutsu.

The user breathes out fire that runs across the ground and forms a circle of fire that traps the opponents within before converging onto the middle and striking the opponent.

Description: The user breathes fire along a cord, string or any other type of long object.

(Katon: Boya Kasui ) – Fire Release: Small Fire Stream

Description: The user releases a small short ranged stream of flame at the opponent, cuasing them to collapse. The move requires no hand seals.

(Katon: Endan) – Fire release: Flame Bullet

Type: Offensive
Range: Short – Mid
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: Fire Release: Flame bullet is made by the user gathering oil in their mouth, which is created by their chakra, and then they spit it out igniting it. This technique is a simple flame bullet shot at the enemy.
Note: Must know Toad summoning contract to use.

All three of these jutsus are useless (other than the last one if you know toad summoning).

The first jutsu needs a cord which no one carries around on NB. If you try to use the jutsu without a cord, a skilled RPer will see this and pick you apart.

The second jutsu is a short ranged flamethrower-like jutsu. The jutsu is highly ineffiecient and won't help you out in a serious fight.

The thrid jutsu you can't use, but if you know toad summoning somehow then its a ball of flaming oil. Nothing more.

I try to stay away from these jutsus as using them might lead to your opponent backing you into a corner if he is skilled. It can put you at a big disadvantage.
