In the utmost panel on the top left, next to the panel Jimbei is in, who do we see there? I believe that's Crocodile! The cigar,the hair, the coat. I think it all matches. Plus, he's holding the newspaper in his right hand. Why? Because he has the hook on his left. I think Oda is intending to bring Crocoboy back.
