A troll right? Just trying to make sure cause doubt Croc can go from being threatened by Base Alabasta Luffy to potentially beating G4 Luffy.

But if Luffy could go from Alabasta Luffy to Gear 4 Luffy, why would it be strange if Crocodile (who only lost because of other people helping Luffy) also grew that much..

I think it's funny that people expect Lucci to have stayed in comparison with Luffy since he was so close but not Croc who was pretty much above Luffy in 2 1/2 of their 3 encounters. I don't think he'd win but he has enough of an in story reputation to assume he isn't as chump as most people act like simply because he was beat early in the manga. People act like it means nothing that he was a shichibukai or that Doffy asked him to join, Doffy recognized his worth that alone should say something about his skills.

Luffy has the fastest strength progression. Its not the same for everyone else and Luffy has surpassed them all. People still think the yonko or admirals got stronger after the timeskip...thats not how it works. Smoker got stronger after the TS and he was Luffy's superior Pre-TS but Luffy is obviously stronger than him by a good bit.

1. So are Jinbe and Moriah, but they would get low-mid diffed by Doffy or worse (Moriah gets no diffed)
2. So are the 5 Impel Down Jailers
3. How is that relevant at all?
4. What does that image prove? Croc attacked Doflamingo, and Doffy blocked the attack with no effort at all.

Crocodile got beaten by Alabasta Luffy, and Croc was able to beat Luffy before because Luffy was at a disadvantage in those two fights. Btw, Croc wasn't stronger by MF. Pre-TS G2 Luffy was much faster than him. Jozu was about to make a Crocodile-sized stain on his arm, and Croc had to be saved by Doffy. He blocked Mihawk's attack, but only because Mihawk was aiming for flesh, which is why Mihawk was also able to be blocked by Jozu and Daz Bones. You could also argue that Mihawk actually blocked Croc, which is what I think happened. He was able to land a haki-less attack on Akainu, who was distracted, which fodders were also able to do to Kizaru and Akainu.
