Domflamingo uses very small wires from his fingers just like a puppeteer, the wires are extramely small u wont see it and with that its very sharp so he can cut of arms with ease.

Who knows. That's what happens: we don't know. Until Doflamingo says: "I ate X Fruit and I gained Y powers", we can't be 100% sure. One never knows. After all, it's Oda we're talking about. How many times has he and his plot twists surprised us? The CP9 techniques, for instance, are not DF-based. Are they magic? No.

All I say is, be prepared. One never knows.
