You'll need sand underneath your opponent already for this to work, obviously. Do whatever you feel is necessary for this technique (like a description, advantages/disadvantages, strategies, etc). If you do well enough I wont give you a formal template to fill out. o_o

I begin by channelling my chakra into the sand that my foolish opponent is standing on. Once my chakra is fused within the sand I manipulate the chakra infused sand, creating a large hand to rise. By using shape manipulation the hand is shaped perfectly while it raises upwards wrapping and binding itself around my opponents legs. I make sure that I keep focused as I don't want my opponent to escape.

Adv

- Traps opponent
- Can make multiple hands for multiple foes

Dis

- Doesn't deal damage
- Requires pre existed sand
- Can't reach long range

Strats

- Bind them with the hands then throw a kunai at their head lol
- Once they are trapped you could quickly follow with another sand jutsu that forms beneath the opponent such as sand prison burial.

(Suna Dangan) - Sand Bullet

Description: Gaara forms a small sphere made of sand and compresses it to increase its hardness. The sphere can strike opponents with such speed and force that it knocks them unconscious. He can also change its trajectory, to strike down multiple targets.

Easy technique. Condense sand into a bullet and shoot it.

( Dai Uzumaki Maisō ) - Maelstrom Burial

Description: Gaara manipulates his sand to create a small body of sand in mid air and cause it to come crashing down into the opponent.

Make a clump of sand in the air and then drop it onto the opponent. Another easy one!

(Suna Dangan) - Sand Bullet

I begin channeling my chakra into the sand stored in my gourd (hey that rhymes). Once my chakra has infused with my sand I manipulate it to burst out from the gourd. I manipulate a small part of the sand, creating a sphere made of sand. Once this sphere has formed I focus my chakra into it causing it to compress and increase its hardness. Once the sphere is complete, I practise by shooting the sphere whilst changing it trajectory before sending it crashing into a tree.

Adv

- Can hit multiple targets
- Deals a large amount of damage if hit with

Dis

- Limited to mid range
- Small in size

Strats

- Blind my opponent with a flash bang, blinding his vision whilst sending the sphere in a criss cross manner making it hard for them to track before hitting them.



( Dai Uzumaki Maisō ) - Maelstrom Burial

I begin by channelling my chakra into the sand in my gourd. I manipulate the sand causing it to form above my opponents head. Once I formed the body of sand, I manipulate the sand to drop and come crashing down onto my opponents head.

- Forms above the opponent instead of in front of them.

- Small in size
- Not enough damage to kill someone

( Hageshii Suna Doshaburi ) - Fierce Sand Downpour

Damage points: 30
Description: Gaara whilst using the floating sand technique manipulates his sand to create a small amount of sand in the air which he controls to fall down towards the opponent. Before reaching the opponent the sand splits into multiple shots increasing the spread of its attack range.

Use the sand cloud technique you have learned already! Then float above my clones, and drop a clump of sand downwards. The clump should split apart and strike all 5 of my clones below.
