Creepy tortured animal noise... Or is it?

We all heard this soundtrack many times throughout the Naruto series. Most likely, one of the Akatsuki's theme.
Anyway, I just wondered if I was the only one being freak out by this EEHWA noise. Since I first heard this soundtrack, this noise always kept attracting my attention and made whenever it was used in the anime, a top notch scary touch. Anyway, here it is xd
