People take away Kakashi's victory over obito. This is because of obito statement saying he had Kakashi remove the seal after madara states obito couldn't remove it alone. I believe obito fought at 100 percent hoping Kakashi would hit his heart, while obito is unable to intentionally have it removed. I compare this situation to the edos, though their body might want to behave in way, the seal will make them behave another. If this to be true Kakashi deserves credit of the feat of beating obito.

I don't see why people even argue this. Kakashi has had more than one chance to kill Obito, but he didn't go through with it. Just because Obito supposedly "won" one battle, does not mean he would win every. It's more of, Kakashi wins 5/10 and Obito wins 5/10.
