Creating a Bio

Yea this thread probably goes somewhere else but chatterbox is for almost anything. I am new to this forum though not to role playing or other forums. I noticed that the role playing here is quite thorough and making a bio is quite daunting I wondered if anybody had some tips or could make it alittle less intimidating for a novice to this finely constructed forum
