Name of Jutsu: Wind Style: Hurricane Gale

What it does: Localized mass destruction. High winds rip structures apart and turn debris into lethal projectiles that clear the battlefield in a localized area.

How it works: The jutsu causes a sudden increase in wind velocity and direction; swirling around and away from the jutsu user. Wind speed on outer perimeter of the jutsu's range are slow and will increase the further in towards the center you get. Average windspeed of 300 Km/h to 400 Km/h

Drawbacks: If used inproperly, the jutsu can kill the user by way of lack of oxygen; collapsed lungs. This effect is due to the way the jutsu swirls the air away from the center.

Forbidden: Yes

Can it kill Naruto?: No. Naruto, being a wind style user, can survive the jutsu's effects by interfering with the winds direction using a rasenshurkin as a type of shield that deflects the incoming wind away from him.

Name of Jutsu: (Tajiu) Kage Hiraishin Bunshin no jutsu

What it does: With a seal placed on the character himself, after making a Kagebunshin/Kagebunshins the character may freely teleport himself in between clones without using any hand seals

How it works: Juat like in the case of Hiraishin with the help of seal it allows the user to teleport instantly to another body/clone

Drawbacks: This jutsu requires huge amount of chakra and amazing chakra control

Forbidden: Yes

Can it kill Naruto? On itself it can't with another technique or some weapon like a sword you can use it to defeat Naruto
