How it works: kekkei Tota that combines lightening,fire, and wind
that creates a super nova in the users hand. Lanuching the super nova in a blast like state that completly destroys your opponent.

can only use once a day

How it works: The user must be a Uchiha, with the Dojutsu of the Son Of the Eyes. When attained the user uses a extreme amount of chakra and generates it through his hands by hitting his hands together, in easier terminology ''Clapping''

Drawbacks: There are no draw back's.

Can it kill Naruto : Definitley and it will most certainly will.

How it works: Think of any jutsu that comes in my head I use it

Drawbacks: After using the jutsu the user has diarrhea for 12 hours

Name of Jutsu: Voice of Heaven

What it does:Creates a massive lightning based explosion capable of creating a giant crater half a mile deep into the earth. Once detonated anything caught in the blast is disintegrated into dust.

How it works: The user must reach the highest point possible in the sky gather as much chakra as possible, then activate the jutsu. The users body BECOMES electricity then dives back down to earth at insane speeds. On the way down the user gathers more chakra thats been expelled into the atmosphere, and increasing the jutsu's power. When the user hits the ground the users body expels all the chakra from their body converting it to electricity and causes it to explode creating an electric bomb.

Drawbacks: This attack drains the users chakra close to zero leaving them in an extremely vulnerable state. It also damages the users own body as well but not enough to destroy it. Since its a large radius jutsu any allies caught in the blast will be killed too.

Tailed beast missle.
It get's blasted at an enemy and pursues them even if they move, with 1000% accuracy.

The drawback is that the stun effect on the user is longer than a tailed beast ball. So how when Kurama fires one, his body remains stuck in that position for a few seconds as a 'cool down limit', it's the same for this, but longer. Also, the power and explosion effect weakens the longer it chases you.

Not really forbidden, since only 9/10 creatures would be able to use it.

And I know Naruto is fast, and he can dodge a TBB, but he can't outrun run. So I'd say yes, it can kill him.

Surprized this hasn't been made already, actually. It's a pretty plain idea.

 

[Sea Of Thy Soul]

Name of Jutsu: Thunder Reign

What it does: Deals massive Raiton damage that targets on a molecular level. Causes paralysis.

How it works: I don't know how.

Speed: Instant.

Drawbacks: 75% chance of dying.

Forbidden: Yes.

Can it kill Naruto?
Me: Hell yeah. Oneshot.

Name of Jutsu: The Void

What it does: The earth shatters and the black streams erupt from the ground that erase existence of all who touch it

How it works: The eyes are what triggers it, and only when they are opened does this happen(kinda like cyclops and his laser)

Drawbacks: You must be blind or else all existence is threatened

Forbidden: Yes

Can it kill Naruto? Oh yeah

Gale Style: Demon Dragon Storm

It forms a massive storm in the sky and eventually 3 storm clouds in the shape of dragons descend from the sky and attack any and all within the area the user desires. It is started by the caster's Chakra but absorbs Chakra from the targets to keep it activated.

Drawbacks: It can potentially kill the user if there's not enough Chakra in the area, the Jutsu drains the user's Chakra at an alarming rate. Therefore it is best used against a great deal of enemies, such as an army or a nation. It's basically a giant, extremely wide range Chakra Absorption Jutsu. That, and it takes a while for the Jutsu to activate, gathering the thinder clouds and whatnot.

Can it kill Naruto? Yes.

Forbidden? Of course.

Drawbacks: The immense gravity core could lead to anything being pulled in besides the enemy.

How it works: It's a combination of both Kirin and Rasenshuriken, instead of just lightning it is a Dragon made up of what Rasenshuriken is.

Drawbacks: Can only be used once a month and has the risk of damaging the users body

It can kill Naruto, and it doesn't take too much chakra.

Lightning Inferno:This jutsu creates a storm that burns everything to ash and also causes massive ammounts of lightning to appear.

Drawbacks:Can only be used while outside and consumes alot of chakra,it can also kill the user if he/she does'nt get out of the area in time.

How it works:It works by performing hand signs and punching the ground.
