requirements: need to be able to use sand

what it does: creates a sandstorm all around me about a 100 metres wide, the sandstorm makes it very difficult for people to see and making it almost impossible the wind within the sand cuts enemy's to ribbons, im in the middle of the storm in the 'eye' where it is calm

Type:Offensive
Description:First User must use water bomb activation Then any Bodys that have 0,01 percent Water will be directly targeted and Killed by the Direct Thunder rain 1 kilometer range.
