Here is mine:

Name: Kagami no Me (Eye of Mirrors)

Type: Defensive and Supplementary

Description: I can project mirror images of myself or any object or person into reality. From a simple dog to your worst nightmare. Much like a projecting hologram. These mirror clones are similar to Kage Bushins, upon hit it vanishes. Mirror Clones are able to use my jutsu's.

This is truly "genjutsu" in reality, very similar to Izanagi but not.

Chakra Level: 1-4, depending on how many mirror clones is used at the time, and how big it is.

Type: Supplementary

Description: It's a similar jutsu to Izanagi. The user, with MS, projects with the eye all different possibilities of his future in a battle. Then, the user chooses the one who best suits for them, making them almost unbeatable

Chakra Level: 1-5. Very difficult to do.

Description: It's the counter of Amaterasu. It can freeze everything with a super-cold ice that can't melt even with a Fire Release jutsu. Even if the enemy dies frozen, Aisunoji never melts. As said, it's the opposite of Amaterasu

Chakra: Same as Amaterasu.

Name:Tailed beast slayer art: Reflective onslaught

Type: offensive

Description: As the opponent forms his/her jutsu (lets say the rasengan), the user of this technique will be able to not only mimic the attack, but also increase the attacks effect tenfold. The reason for the name tailed beast slayer art is because if you were confronted with a tailed beast bijuu-dama, you would be able to reflect and enhance that technique, slaying the tailed beast. (lol I know this isnt possible but a guy can dream)

discription: when my sharingan turns clock-wise the pupil fires a high speed chakra bullet to whatever i'm looking at, i can fire up to 200 bullets at a time (2 per second) but when i run out i have to turn my sharingan counter clock-wise to reload and i cannot fire again until i'm done reloading

chakra level 1-2 (they dont take up much chakra but it gives me a major headache after words, not to mention slowly taking away my sight, i'd rather not use it if possible)

basically my Ms channels its powers through a gauntlet i have made and its kamui is more like the Guren in code Geass attacks

so yea my gauntlet can do a long range and close range ahahahahaha

as for chakra close range not much since kman and o dont waste much but long range take alot


also in order for the long range it to go away it has to hit something otherwise it will keep on going

This jutsu gives the user combat healing, but only if you land a hit with a jutsu/attack/ etc...
So basically the more you hit your enemy , the more you heal yourself. The only downside to this jutsu is that it Drains alot of chakra on activation, and draining increases in time.

Bout time uchiha had some healing tech..

Name: Satori No Me --- Eye Of Enlightenment

Type: Genjutsu and Offensive

Description:
1) When someone looks into the eye they are blinded by an incredible light and their movments are slowed.
2) The user of this eye can boost their speed, strenght, stamina and chakra to five times their normal capabilities.
3) The user of this eye can summon a skeletal dragon that does their every command.

Chakra Level:
Ability 1: 2-3
Ability 2: 2-4
Ability 3: 5
(if the user manages to use all three abilities in one day the results are slow decomposition of their muscles because of the overuse of chakra leading to death and blindness, even with a transplanted eye)

Name: eyes of time


type: supplementary/ offensive


Description: allows you to travel back in time from 10 seconds - 2mins. In this way if you are injured or ambushed I can reverse time with my eyes. Offensively if the user can slow down time for the same amount of time (10 secs - 2mins) for himself only. Basically the oppent will move much slower (although the oppent is not aware of this) and give the appearance that the user is now much faster. This can help because the user can dodge better and read hand signs and copy them Easier.

Name: I have no idea.

Type: Defensive, Counter-Offensive, Offensive

Description: It is a barrier - With your left eye you have the ability to cast a barrier that is capable of stopping any jutsu and in result absorbs its chakra. With your right eye you can cast a barrier that can stop any jutsu and then reflect it in any direction with equal strength. Left Eye - A Rasengan is about to hit the Mangekyo Sharingan bearer and the barrier is casted. The Rasengan will stop and the chakra will be abosrbed similar to the Preta Path. Right Eye - A Rasen-Shuriken is thrown at the Sharingan bearer and a barrier is casted that will stop the Rasen-Shuriken and make it 'bounce' back in any direction the bearer wishes.

Chakra Level: 1- 5 depending on how powerful the jutsu that the barrier stops is. Using each ability more than three times in an hour will render the eyes temporarily blind. Using them more than 10 times in a single will permanently blind both eyes regardless of which technique was used. (For example, if you use the left eye 11 times in a single day, but the right eye wasn't used at all, both eyes will become permanently blind.

Name: Atomic release

Type: Offensive

Describition: The user combines atoms in the air to create a ball of light(nuclear energy) then uses it like rasengan. When it hits it explodes in nuclear fashion, but it leaves the user unharmed. Your mongekyou will turn into a nuke syembal after. This justu will take away your ability for tai-justu and gen-justu. But your eyes are externally in the light and you will never go blind.

Charka level: 1-5 it depends on how big the energy is.

What it does is it casts everything in darkness and your kinda in the jutsu users world and he can create anything and it all does damage it's not just genjutsu so you could actually be killed by this jutsu

Type: Supplementary/Offensive

Description: This jutsu call's down a powerful Archangel which uses air and atoms combining it together it forms into a big ball like a tailed beast bomb then he throws it down onto his opponent which this ball sucks your opponent into it then it gets smaller until its the size of about a marble crushing your opponent in it then it explodes in and explosion then is like a nuclear bomb
