side effects:can not use it for more than 12 times a day if you more than that u will nearly die for having to much cells in your body
how does it work: once you have any blood but the amount is how bad the injury is,if u fluent with the jutsu u dont need any hand signs but what happens is the user takes the blood perform the hand signs (if your not a expert)and if the blood is contact with the the skin or injury the user changes the blood cells into body or any type of cell damage causing full recovery from any damage the user has.

Uh yeah he does he healed himself as naruto hit him with the resengan he was healing himself A.K.A regenerating his cells as they were being destroyed not to mention Tsunade has it as well its called her Yin seal which is the same thing as kabutos except her chakra which she uses for the justu is on a grander scale and continues to work after she activates it freeing her up to move around and do other things.All you did was change the name and throw in blood as a ingredient.

Requirements: Must have Lightning Release to work, and it uses up 45-60% chakra (depending on how many opponents).

Description: The user suddenly starts a lightning storm in the sky, and takes in a lightning strike to both of his hands which are held up over his head, and the user suddenly pushes both fists towards one opponent, electrocuting the opponent to death, then suddenly shoots to another opponent, the pattern repeats until all the opponents have been hit and killed.

Drawbacks: If the user is interrupted while gaining the lightning charge from the storm, he will be hit instead and he will die on impact, or the lightning strike will hit the ground where he was last standing.

Fire Release : Karyu Kami No Ken (which translates to Dragon Fire God Fist)

The user breathes an extremely large amount of fire into their palm while at the same time compressing and shaping the chakra into a very tiny orb. The user then closes their hand and makes the flames expand and cover the entire hand and forearm of the user. The user than uses extreme chakra control to mold the flames into a flaming dragon with wings (the mouth of the dragon is covering the hand of the user while the body and wings are covering the forearm) The user than lunges at the opponent using the dragons wings to speed up their thrust and plunge right into the opponent. As soon as contact is made, a gigantic flaming ball surrounds the user and opponent. After several seconds of extreme burning and extreme pain, the ball explodes and the opponent flies out with a gigantic hole in the area the dragon hit along with burns that makes 3rd degree burns look like a tan. The speed of the opponent flying out can also be so great that if he hits a mountain, the mountain would have a football field sized crater on it.

Weaknesses - the user does experience several burns but not as great as the opponent
- the user needs an extreme level of chakra control or the flames can explode and potentially kill the user
- A user needs an absurd amount of chakra for this , the chakra consumption for this technique is enough to equal summoning 300 clones.

All I'm trying to say, is your healing technique is fodder, because as it has been pointed out, it is Copy no Jutsu. All you did was add blood.


And I expect you to use proper grammer when arguing, because one, your grammar fails, henceforth adding to your failureness, and two its disrespectful to use bad grammer, when in a controlled argument.
