Mine would be, abit what Obito(Tobi) wanted, mugen tsukyomi(works during EMS activation only).
This would kinda be like Shisui's KA, it would grant me the ability to manipulate anyone and for how long I would want them to be manipulated. A modified version of Shisui's KA that would allow me to control more than one person at a time.
