If you make the sun come out then you can control fire. If you cause the snow to spur then you can control ice and snow particles. If you make Tornado's and Hurricane occur then you can control wind.

Left Eye: Inverting gravity for the target or multiple targets (first you go with your feet up floating towards the sky with no limit, use it again. You fall down to the grownd) -> good technique to crush someone but the real use would be in battle where everyone would just have their hands at ground level.

Right Eye: Creating a chakra cocoon in front of the target that also acts like a reflection mirror. So not only their jutsus will explode or etc in the cocoon affecting them. It also affects them if they have eradication powers that do not require phisical form.

Both Eyes: Emit a gravity field 150meters in a circular radius. So any attack or person that comes that close gets lifted in the air progressively, Near me being the strongest gravity change which acts like a blast for the person that reaches that close.
