.As topic, you have to create the strangest, weirdest devil fruit that you can think of...
It has to be your own thinking...
The fruit should not be existing in current anime/manga...
The devil fruit may/may not be powerful but should give the user weird ability...
Mine is: a fruit which gives the user power to swim... Lol..

But the big kicker! If you were present at Marineford, and a lot of DF users would die, you would either gain those abilities, or you could capture them
