Heres a fun project. I got the idea from a friend of Youtube, Im going to make it a little different tho.
What kind of Shinobi can you build with this criteria and the available jutsu. Their will be a point system so you make your person two hax. Also only manga material please. Also let me know if I should add or change anything. I rated everything randomly...

Sharingan gives you the ability to see chakra flow, the ability to read movements, copy techs, and cast weak genjutsu

Byakugan gives you the ability to see near 360 field of vision as well as seeing the chakra points.

You cant have Double Kamui without having both Kakashi and Obito MS. Also you can have Double Kamui because you can only choose one dojutsu meaning either Kakashi MS or Obitos Ms, not both. These are the rules lol

Ill think about it. Probably around 300 for it and itll give access to the 5 basic elements. And then like 100 for each Path. Limbo would be like 400. Wont include Sasukes ability tho until we get a name and actually know what it does. Also I might add sensing to the stats area.

But classic Hyuga techniques, with the basic abilities of the (Mangekyo) Sharingan, skilled in all areas, with 1 special Kekkei Genkai, the shiny Dust-release.. And no outstanding tools.. rather solo with a Kunai and some tags.

Think of it, using the Bringer of Darkness & then either Dust or solo with your Taijutsu.. Look at it, 10/10 on all stats... No Clan heritage or anything..

1300 is too stop people from becoming too hax lol. And in order to use Byakugan techs you need to have the Byakugan as a Doujutusu my dude lol.
