Ummmm..... There's a social group called Jutsu Creators that does the same thing, so anyone that wants to join the J.C. community you can do so.

P.s. there is also a group that jutsu creators made, sort of a private battle ground for us were we can use our own jutsu in battle, it's called The Battle-ready group.

oh i have an idea
Its name is plantation rasengan! Its a wood element rasengan. It has a greenish tint to it, And when it hits the ground it causes an earthquake and a crater opens up pulling the person into the abyss

My idea is Rinne Rasengan. It is the just like the name implies. The rinnegan allows someone to use all of the elements. so that means this rasengan will have fire, water, lightning, earth, and wind all bundled up into 1. The colors switch continiously between red, blue, white, brown and green. Around the outside there is 5 rings, and each ring equals one of the elements.

I was thinking something like CopyCat or Absorb ( like Buu from DBZ). The user would control five Aura spheres, 4 of them form a box around the victim, and the 5th ball rotates around them and Practically Absorbs everything in their body so the victim will die and the user gets their abilities... I know it seems too overpowered but it has downsides.. It takes an ass load of chakara and each aura sphere has to develop first .. Its one of those Final Ultimate , End of the fight jutsus.

the jutsu is called black flame rasengan....... sasuke is fighting a ninja when he wants to end the fight......he activates amatarasu he creates the rasengan anf focuses the amatarasu into the rasengan......... it starts to glow a whiteish greyish colour. then when he hits it engulfs the opponet in amatarasu
a jutsu that is only avalible too those of the rokku clan as it is a kekegenkai
give the user the ability too create stone from chakra so its un breakable
it is a jutsu that has 3 different levels.
level one: user can turn one of there limbs into stone but the user is still able too move the limb freely.
level 2: user can create a stone sheild and also morph stone into any shape that the user wants.
level 3: the user can turn any part of there body including there entire body into stone and the user can also turn land into stone and morph the land around the user.
it is known as the stone jutsu because of its hardness and durability but its actually chakra clay and the user can force his chakra into the clay too harden it, it also hardens 3x more on impact.
if say the user was too hit something, at the exact moment that the clay faces the impact *when the clay touches the object* it hardens 3 times more than it would normally.
this jutsu becomes even more deadly when used with the lighting blade.
if a user wishes too use the lighting blade with the stone jutsu here is the only way that it can happen.
the user creates the lightning blade, then forms the stone clay around the lighting blade into a giant fist, the clay then covers the arm and leaves a barrel in the back of the arm next too the shoulder blade.
when the user forces chakra into the lightning blade, the lightning blade will have no where too go because the stone is unbreakable, so the only place the lightning blade has left too go is the barrel near the shoulder blade.
the lightning then shoots out causing the user too move foward with amazing speed and then all the user has too do is punch the target.
JUTSU 2:
a space time jutsu that allows the user too move too differen places without making a hand sign.
i count this as a jutsu i made up because i thought of it before space time jutsus were revealed.
and i even called it space time jutsu because i got the idea from dbz instant transmission and the room of spirit and time
seeing as how you can teleport with out a space limitation and can transport too a far away place in no time i called it space time jutsu
except the user left a symbol were ever the person was standing when the pers
on preformed it
the symbol looked like an alchemy symbol like on full metal
JUTSU 3!: Sugoi sharingan
its another level too the sharingan it allows the user too too use a jutsu without making hand signs *seals*
this uses a little more chakra but is good if you need too use a jutsu fast.
you can only do this with the jutsus that your sharingan has copied.
when the user uses this level of sharingan and uses a jutsu the sharingan will spin for a brief second until the jutsu is completed.
usually the ones that use this level will blink so it makes it less noticable that the user is planning a jutsu.
JUTSU 4!: speed clone:
this is a jutsu that can only be used by people that are very skilled at taijutsu.
the user will stretch there arms downward, move there fingers into a paw like shape, and crosses there arms *but the arms are still straintend* the user will then move at an amazing speed to another spot of there choosing and will keep moving back to the same spot they started at, at a speed so fast the opponent doesnt know there moving.
the purpose of this technique is too create a clone and is used by the type of people that cannot use chakra too make clones *rock lee*
this can be an advantage as unlike a shadow clone this clone is very hard too hit as the user is constantly moving too different spots. when the opponent goes too hit the clone there leaving an oppening and can be hit.
if the user wishes too create more than one clone they will need too either be insanley fast or open the 2nd and 3rd gate
2nd gate will allow 2 clones
3rd gate will allow 4 clones
4th gate will allow 6 clones
5th gate will allow 8 clones

this jutsu would be great too use against pain as it would take advantage of the 5 second opening.

description: the user charges up their chakura then its just like odama rasengan exept with chidori. the user than launches the chidori then it becomes much larger...like kiba's twin wolf fang exept wirh one. the opponent gets hit and the user is uncontious.

My jutsu sold probably be automatic shower jutsu...I mean cmon guys I've only seen naruto go into the hot springs once....besides who wouldn't stop an epic battle to take a bath? Lol
