Naruto ... creates a massive wind style rasengan around his body, Basically the ultimate defence and attack.. all he would have to do is smack in to someone and there k0ed not to mention he can discharge as much wind style chakara through it so it could be incredibly more powerful.

Description: The male when angered takes out his fappage hand and focus all his chakra into it while picturing the subject he is targeting. The user then proceed to swing his arm and hip for support as he deals a loud and hard slap to the subject, as the male connects with a chin or bodypart, the chakra in his hand flies into the person and if used on a male then he dies but used on a female and she will submit to the users will from that point.
If further then short-range then the user focus the chakra to mold a large chakra hand that can reach mid/long range.
The chakra hand will be twice the size of gamabunta but has no weight to it at all.

Description: The user rips open a fabric of space and time itself which from that point turns into a black hole sucking anything as it grows as much as the user wants it to grow. If the enemy gets even close to the distortion of the gravity his particles will get crushed and go in the void and be lost in the dark abyss.(The user is not harmed by this jutsu)

Another one of Hidan's mysterious jutsu, exclusive only to Jashin's cult. By simply breathing on an opponent, Hidan sets one of his many curses into play. If physical contact is made between the victim and another human afterwards, their souls shall become one for life; if one dies.. the other shall perish along with their partner.

I think Mei needs more expansion of her 2 KG so here I go..
Acidic Rain
Being known at the Fifth Mizukage, her proficiency in water based techniques is almost guaranteed. Born in a village known to loathe blood-line limits, Mei finally shows off her glory by refining them to their best. From the sky, acid rain falls on the opponent, corroding them little by little! Mei herself remains unaffected as she watches her enemies slowly dissipate from her view.
Acid Bubbles
Another outlet for her Acid Release, Mei is able to change her blood line into various forms. Using this jutsu, she can shoot highly effective bubbles to destroy large portions of her target at once. Initially designed to be a medium ranged technique, Mei has developed her skills to be able to spray her opponent up close or fire her offense for prolonged distances.
Yoton Dragon
Mei's favorite jutsu! Using her incredible innovation, Mei attacks using lava in the form of a flying dragon! The heat can annihilate any object that finds itself unlucky enough to cross this jutsu's path! This dragon isn't limited to fire; Mei has honed this technique to such a great extent that her creation has gained the ability to fire a jet of acid at her foes from even the greatest of lengths! Unlike her Acidic Mist, Mei can freely control the direction of its acidic breath.
