Description: Instantly negates an individuals performed action by reversing the flow of space and time into a specific targeted point. Any chakra that was used by the target when this jutsu resolves itself would then be instantly absorbed by the caster; replenishing his or her chakra based on the amount of chakra that was used by the target to perform the said action. It also decreases the targets chakra by the amount of consumption he or she had used upon negation.

I developed a technique for my fan-fiction a while back based around a combination of the Rasengan and the Hyuuga's Vacuum Palm (or Empty/Air Palm). Keeping with the celestial nomenclature, it was called the "Quazar Palm."

Like the Rasengan, chakra is emitted from the palm and brought into a rotating sphere. The user, then, uses precise control of their chakra to flatten the sphere into a rotating disk of chakra with quantized energy states (this is where the Byakugan is all but essential). In this state, energy can be added or removed from the chakra disk.

The attack is finalized through a standard "Air Palm" attack, which serves as a trigger for the chakra stored in the disk to drop out of their energy states, coupling their energy into the "Air Palm" attack. The release of energy is such that it causes the emission of Cerenkov radiation - giving the attack a blue-violet glow/hue.

I tend to enjoy working with the "Change in Chakra Form" type jutsus as opposed to the "Chakra Nature" - probably because I can parallel a lot of it with particle physics and electronics.

So it's like a Rasenshuriken without the wind element which adds to the air palm's force. Even though I wanted to see unique elemental jutsu, good job and rep.

Multiple tall slabs of stone form a massive ring with a radius of 50' around the user.
At the same time, a single ring with spikes forms around the user.
The smaller ring is propelled forward whilst expanding, until it reaches the outer ring.

All caught within the technique are crushed and impaled.

Doton: Titan's Reach

Upon forming the proper hand seals...
The user exhales multiple balls of mud that mold into the form of fists.
They possess the size of abnormally large human hands and harden within a few seconds.

Doton: Mariner's Barricade

The user makes the proper hand signs and a convex stone wall rises, multiple spikes are protruding.
The user then presses both hands on the wall and the spikes shoot forward, stone chains connect them and the wall.
After being released, the "harpoons" may be retracted. Can be enhanced by Katon. Range: 30'

Effective deterrent against multiple opponents and large summonings that are in front of the user.

Upon forming the proper hand seals...
A stone wall with the beginnings of a fist protruding form, immediately in front of the user.
Placing both their hands on it, they can impart it with chakra and the fist completely develops.
It's range is established by how much chakra is used, the fist is propelled forward with great force.

It possess incredible raw power and can easily crush bodies. Also perfect for destroying obstacles and barriers.

water - bombs missiles and create oceans

wind - like danzo's attacks

ice - can freeze you or pierce you

Fire is exhaled in the form of multiple birds.
Rather than simply moving forward, they move around from all directions.
Whenever ready, they close in from everywhere and set the target aflame.

Katon: Sun's Conniption

User gradually breaths out a large of ball of flames.
Chakra is continually applied until it is incredibly hot, its size will not get larger.
It is then propelled forward and upon activation, spews smaller fireballs from all directions.
It lasts until the smaller fireballs leave the original with no mass.

Katon: Concussive Cremation

User performs the proper seals and then places both hands, perpendicular, on the ground.
A ring of flames surrounds the user and flames streak out, towards the four cardinal directions.
Once the flames reach the appropriate distance, a much larger ring forms at the outskirts.
The inner ring then bursts outward, until the flames reach the outer ring.
The speed and intensity of the flames can be increased with Fuuton. Radius: 50'

I believe there's a jutsu that does the same thing, you just put in the eagle. It's called Kirin.

It can deflect weapons, as well as Raiton and Suiton techniques. Discourages surrounding the user.

Fuuton: Blowback Stream

A simple recovery technique that involves the user exhaling wind.
It will propel the user in the opposite direction with great speed.
Range: Defined by how much chakra was molded into the technique.

Allows a great deal of mobility to out maneuver an opponent, on the ground or above.

I really like the second one! The name is awesome too.

The third is essentially a round wall of circulating wind, it has a much longer duration.
It doesn't cover the user from above and can be combined with a later jutsu (Suiton or Katon).

Forgive me for the fourth though.
It's hard to think of clever Fuuton techniques.

This jutsu works with 2 elements. Earth and Water.

It is a jutsu with the sole purpose of TRAPPING the enemy, but it can also be used to kill.

Earth Style: Dirt Snare or Water Style: Final Depth Perception

I will explain the workings of it in Earth Style

Requirement: As I said, this jutsu is mainly a trapping jutsu, but it does more than just trap, it can also kill. It has to be setup some time before the enemy arrives, so you must know or predict the route they will arrive from.

If your chakra nature is Earth, you can simply charge the dirt in the ground with your chakra OR create it with your own chakra(this would take a lot of chakra, but it would work a 100 times better). After it is setup, any person that has a significant amount of chakra control will be sensed after he or she sets their foot on this chakra charged or created dirt, activating the jutsu instantly. Once activated, it's function will depend on how you set it up. If you simply poured your chakra into the ground, then it will be much weaker and will only trap the enemy by pulling them into the ground of its own accord by utilising the chakra you poured into it.

If you created the dirt with your own chakra, then this trap will be much stronger, it's pull as well as the amount of the entrapping dirt, which will pull in the target even faster and pretty much swallow them underground where they will be buried alive.


It's water counter part works almost the same way. Tell me what you think about it.

A fin, approximately the height of the user will soon emerge. When ready, it will be propelled forward with great speed.
As it reaches the enemy, a massive stone lion fish quickly emerges from the ground and begins to spin on its side rapidly.
Whilst rotating, all of its stone spikes are shot with great force, attacking from all directions. Can be enhanced with Katon.

The jutsu is not done though, after releasing all of its spikes, the weight of the lion fish exponentially increases.
It follows the enemy (whether or not they've been impaled) and will land with all its might on the enemy.
Range: 200' (the spikes may easily travel further, only the lion fish is limited to that area)

The only real other Jutsu I could probably make would be this.

Creation of all Materials. I made a short animation so you see how it goes as it is a little confusing to read.

Creation of all materials is a powerful S-Rank technique which was created by observing a black smith forge weapons. Developing this technique; the plan was to take the shape transformation of one's chakra to the "highest possible point" and then combine it with his surroundings, creating a technique that did not need the aid of time-consuming Hand signs to control. He could accomplish this, but on shape transformation alone, Creation of all materials is still a very useful, powerful, versatile, and difficult technique to learn and master.

Creation of all materials does not require any hand seals to use, relying only on the chakra control of the user. And the environment around him. Once it is complete, it becomes self-sustaining, which does not give the weapon a definite limit. The compacted nature and moving speed of the chakra allows the weapon to have a high durability while still being strong enough to cut through most materials with ease. This tends to cause the opponent serious damage after being cut or sliced, depending on the weapon and material it can cause grievous bodily harm.
