Totally fanmade just for fun, let's suggest our ideal characters we want in the next Storm (no matter how unlikely) and invent their movesets.

Example:
Guruguru{Spiral Zetsu}

COMBOS: Goofy attacks mixed with wood style taijutsu

JUTSU: Guruguru reaches out and his arm becomes a black spike like Kimimaro's spear. Upon contact tentacles burst out of the enemy making them fall to the ground.

ULTIMATE JUTSU: GuruGuru summons the Buddha statue and sweeps the opponent into the air, unleashing all 5 elements on the enemy- inside the attack, Guruguru places a single paper bomb on the opponent and giggles before the enemy explodes.

AWAKENING: Instant Awakening where he becomes serious and his combos become more intense.​

Reminds me of Fake character faq in Dissidia forums. This should be an offical thread and stickied.
My idea:
You must be registered for see images

Combos: Onmyoton attacks with a little physical attacks mixed in.
Up combo: some onyoton attacks with the end being him making that black stuff pierce the opponent like he almost did to Naruto in the iar.

Normal: black stuff attack with him grabbing the opponent with giant black stuff hands and sending them crashing down.

Down: Black stuff attacks and him floating and dashing in the air for opponent and finishing with black stuff attack to the face like he did to Hiruzen.

Grab: The move he did to almost kill Naruto and Sasuke.

Jutsu: Bijuu Bomb from Shinju growing out of him and a flower throwing the bijuu bomb.

Tilt: Him throwing the black stuff as a bomb

Ougi: Juubito encases opponent in the Shinju Tree and makes the dna sword and the stabs the opponent.

Aweakening: Shinju Tree apppears . He can use mokuton from it too diminsh chakra and health and use large scale onmyoton/black stuff.

Nice, really good one. Wow Juubito is literally the perfect character for Storm. His actual manga moves like that grab translate 100% into this game. Hope they include him.

COMBOS: Pure, raw Taijutsu combined with Katon techniques and Susano'o, but not too much Susano'o like Edo Madara in Storm 3.

JUTSU: Either Great Fire Annihilation, or another Katon tech.

OUGI: He'll use his black rods to immobilize the enemy and then use one of his OP techniques, like Susano'o or something that uses Senjutsu.​

It's confirmed this will be the last of the Ninja Storm series at least, which is enough for me because I don't like any of the other series of games and find them lacking. And hm, considering the Hokage are in on the cover and the focus is on them I think it's quite safe to say Juubito is around at the very least. Madara...hm, less so.

COMBOS:
Faster combos using a sword that use wood style as a finisher such as wooden fist or tapping the ground and having wood burst underneath the enemy.

GRAB: Gate of the Great God

JUTSU: Yamato's Tilt. Hashirama raises his arm and out comes a piece of wood to push the enemy back. If the button is held down and charged Kid Hashirama instead summons a Rashomon gate (the same support as Sakon/Ukon)

ULTIMATE JUTSU: Hashirama leaps at his enemy, uppercutting them into the sky, the enemy looks up mid-air and see's 25 wooden fists above him punching them down.

A Miniature Wood Golem Dragon. Operates like Kankuro's giant puppet and has powerful jutsu and devastating combos but is slow.​

COMBOS: Suigetsu summons swords depending on which direction you hold the combo trigger. Using various different swords. If you don't push a direction Mangetsu does a combo where he attacks with his bare hands.

JUTSU: Shibuki - Mangetsu jumps into the air and hits the enemy on the ground with the sword. If the enemy blocks the explosion damages them further.

ULTIMATE JUTSU:
Mangetsu throws all of the blades in the air and executes one long combo starting with the Samehada, grabbing and alternating between blades, finished off with the Executioners Blade.

TILT:Using the sewing blade, Mangetsu lays a trap on the floor and if stepped on the blade stitches the enemy and pulls them onto the ground.

GRAB: Mangetsu headbutts the enemy forward and then pounces at them mid-air with the Thunder Kiba Fang Blades.

AWAKENING: Mangetsu pulls out the scroll and carries it in his mouth. His jutsu is now Water Gun Technique and instead of supports his attacks are replaced with the Hiramekarei (Chojuro's Support Attack) and the The Helmet Splitter which is a guard breaker attack.​

COMBOS: Generally weaker combos with short chains, but they're linkable into grab, UJ and tilts.

JUTSU: Kurenai creates an explosive clone of herself that run at the opponent. Slightly faster than PTS Itachi's clones but less range.

TILT:
Body flicker illusion. Kurenai swaps positions on the arena with the enemy.

GRAB: Kurenai turns into petals and passes through the enemy. If caught in the grab, Kurenai pulls a kunai whilst passing through.

ULTIMATE JUTSU: Kurenai casts a purple shadow and the enemy looks into it. 1000 Kurenais surround

AWAKENING: For the duration of the awakening, the controls of the opponent's controller are flipped into a random configuration temporarily. Enemies have to try work out their new controls or at least survive before the awakening ends.

Projectile - kunai
Chakra Projectile - chakra kunai
Tilt - Ranka charges forward while punching the enemy with his left hand, Ranka kicks the enemy with his left foot
Grab - Sasori puts his right hand forward, chakra strings attach to the enemy and launch them into the air, Sasori puts his left hand up, a Konoha Shinobi uses Fireball Jutsu
Combo Starter - Tokuma slashes the enemy with a kunai twice using his right hand, Ranka punches the enemy using his right hand
Normal Combo - Ranka punches the enemy using his left hand, Tokuma throws three shuriken, Sasori swings his right hand forward, Ranka is lifted off the ground and rammed into the enemy
Side Combo - Tokuma kicks the enemy with his left foot, Ranka turns around and slashes the enemy with a kunai using his left hand, Tokuma uses Air Palm with his right hand
Down Combo - Sasori puts his left hand forward, a chakra string attaches to the enemy, Sasori slams the enemy on the ground, Ranka kicks the enemy up with his right foot, Tokuma slashes the enemy down with a kunai using his left hand
Up Combo - Ranka slashes the enemy up with a kunai using his left hand, Tokuma stabs the enemy with a kunai using his right hand, Sasori puts his hand up, Ranka jumps over Tokuma and slashes the enemy with a kunai using his right hand
Air Combo - Ranka slashes the enemy with a kunai using his left hand, Sasori puts right hand forward, Tokuma kicks the enemy with his right foot, Tokuma pushes the enemy down with Air Palm using his left hand
Jutsu - Rotation - Tokuma uses Rotation
Ultimate - Puppet Performance: Shinobi Dance - Muta appears and puts both hands forward sending tons of insects forward, the enemy is covered in insects, the insects become a tornado, ten Konoha ninja are standing around the enemy, all the ninja throw a fuma shuriken, the enemy is slashed by all the shuriken, Sasori puts his left hand forward, Tokuma charges forward and hits the enemy with his left palm, the enemy gets blasted away
Awakening - Puppet Mode - Sasori uses Shin as his man puppet
Awakening Action - Beetle Jamming Jutsu - Muta fires multiple insects in three directions using his left hand
Awakened Tilt - Shin throws five explosive kunai on the ground in front of him with his right hand
Awakened Grab - does a slash with his Tanto using his left hand
Awakened Combo - Shin slashes forward with his Tanto using his right hand, Sasori puts his left hand forward, Shin jumps forward and kicks the enemy with his left foot, slashes down with his Tanto using his right hand, Shin explodes then reconstructs
Awakened Air Combo - slashes the enemy with his Tanto using his left hand, kicks the enemy twice using his right foot, Shin explodes, then reconstructs

OMOI

COMBOS: Kenjutsu mixed with gut punches and cheap kicks. Mid-range but fast. Ended with a bolt of electricity.

JUTSU: Cloud-Style Crescent Moon Beheading. Like Fuu's sickle jutsu- Omoi creates one large white wave from his sword which hits anything 180 degrees ahead of Omoi. Close range.

ULTIMATE JUTSU: Omoi throws his sword, landing in the enemies shoulder. It electrocutes them, Omoi charges up his Thunderbolt jutsu, runs up and jumps on the sword- landing two palms of electricity into the fallen enemy. He bites his lollipop and it breaks in his mouth.

GRAB:
Sticks sword on the ground beneath them and uses the handle to step up and kick the person at head-level.

TILT: Deception Beheading. To be done just before an attack lands. It stops the attack yet the animation feigns a knockdown injury, you teleport behind them without cost to your sub bar. You get the first hit.

AWAKENING: Electricity overflows through his body. Exact same except priority on attacking and MAJOR shield break upgrade. Guards can only sustain two combo hits before breaking and can't protect from bigger attacks like jutsu.
