Don't know what that initial altercation was about, but I totally understand why the other officers rushed in like that. All they saw were one of their officers push his way inside and start fumbling around, in a residence full of multiple people. They didn't know what the **** was going on.

Yeah I understand why they rushed in, but I didn't expect there to be like 8-10 of them lmao. They were all just chilling behind the corner waiting for something to pop off.

As for the title, I was mocking the threads where blacks that are doing nothing are beaten and arrested but are still called thugs.

In Germany it is usually forbidden that the police enters your Apartment without a search warrant, how does it work in america?
I don't even know why the guy was arrested but in Germany they could sue the unit for entering the Apartment.

Since they are on campus I'm pretty sure the police are allowed to enter with the permission of the University. If they aren't then they need a search warrant(Unless there's probable cause).

And the "thugs" could have co-operated to avoid all of this in the first place.

In addition there was literally no point in beating up the guy after his tasing, that's just Nasty.

Crazy thugs... Way to twist it. The truth is police came in and tried to move them out and arrest them by force and they refused, and that's when things got crazy and like a dozen cops beat the guy up and shot him with taser gun. The police came in because of a noise complaint.

There are ways to go about everything, but trying to talk down the police while being openly defiant isn't the way to do it. If they had just listened to the cops and had his friends and relatives come down to the police station to work things out with the cops then no one would have had to get tazed and they could have even gotten the cops in trouble for a false arrest.

Standing there being defiant is the way of children and realize it or not the police are going to win one way or another :| I am not going to support stupidity, especially when there is a much smarter way of fighting
