NV characters are relatively weak compared to DBZ characters, and Goku >>> Cell.

I think, that although Madara is > Naruto, I don't think the difference will put Celldara near NaruGoku's level. Simply because Goku is that powerful.

fusing with far weaker shinobis actually makes the dbz characters weaker. theyd be better off alone. that said, celldara might win because of the sheer variety and skills he can produce. if madaras an edo then cell can blow himself up infinitely and get stronger every single time

Please, SSJ3 fused with Naruto's speed, power, and sensory skills is far above a Celldara.

Perfect Susano'o is just another thing for Narugoku to destroy. U_U They don't even have to resort to chakra based tech's.
