What if there is "another" Shanks?

So we have "Yonko Shanks" who we last saw looking at Luffy's new wanted poster.

And then we have "Time-traveler Shanks" who we last saw speaking to the Gorosei.


Is this crazy or what?

Time-stopping was a video game power and I think they said it was a Supreme Haki thing.
I’m not going to doubt this ability because Dofy’s string powers were revealed in the game first before the manga, but in no way would I correlate stopping time to actual time traveling.
So I doubt it.
