Crazy ass theory mark 2, the mysterious person is Yamato.

I'll keep it short.

- Him being Yamato explains why Orochimaru was worried when he felt the chakra- he felt the Senju DNA and the Zetsu DNA, but I don't think he knew exactly who the person was.

- It makes sense that the person might be using a Spiral Zetsu body since Yamato was left weakened/in limbo. He might've escaped and used a spiral zetsu as ''armor''.

- Yamato can give Sasuke SENJU DNA ( extremely potent healing abilities ) which, since Sasuke is dying, would awaken the Rinnegan ( Madara awakened it when he was near death ).

- It can't be Kabuto since Karin knows his chakra.

- It can't be Jiraiya since Orochimaru would know.

B Where in the manga does it even hint that they have met each other?
U It's not Jiraiya because the chakra is evil and there's no reason Jiraiya would be evil.

Yamato is the one inside spiral zetsu, the one who was using a small buddha statue that got demolished by Karin. That's where Yamato is.
