Kakashi was revived via Rinne Tensei's life restoring technique so could it be possible Madara could sense this, reverse the resurrection by taking the life force the Rinnegan gave Kakashi and kill him?

Kira's death, though... My god his death was bad, easily worse than L's. I think it's safe to say that 75% of the Death Note fanbase agree that Kira should have won.

Not really. He died like everyone else in the series - clutch heart attack - which is what made it (L's death; not the series) so bad.

It would be a shocking, dramatic twist to the audience just as much as the characters, would make them upset and emotional, which would likely be Madara's motive behind it and possesses logic and foreshadowing behind it being that Rinne Tensei is a jutsu and every jutsu has a weakness and Kakashi appears to be powerless in this fight now. What exactly would be bad bad about it?

Please attempt to show a little thought process, originality and reasoning in your statements. The term you are looking for is a diabolus ex machina and not only is the direction not that, but you are abusing the term and using it out of context simply because you dislike the idea. There is absolutely no conception or objectivity in that. In my opinion, it would be foreshadowed by Rinne Tensei being a jutsu, much like any other jutsu, with a weakness and it originates from Madara's eyes, thus it would only make sense he would have control over it. Are you going to call Tosuka blade, Yata mirror, susanoo, Chiyo's resurrection technique, Rinne Tensei itself, Hidan's immortality, Edo Tensei, Madara overcoming the edo tensei release, Izanagi, hashirama sage mode, kabuto sage mode and several other devices "asspulls" as well next?

Of course you will, because you dislike any twist or device you either cannot see coming or do not favor and automatically label it "asspull!" You're as one dimensional as a soap opera fan.
